Councils in Northamptonshire are to procure consultants to prepare an infrastructure plan, with the modelling suite then being made available for councils to use over the long-term.
The contract for the Northamptonshire Strategic Infrastructure Plan (NSIP) will require the consultants to develop a modelling environment; prepare an infrastructure plan to 2050; and provide the councils with a user guide so they can apply the models themselves.
