Devon County Council has authorised construction of a ‘park and change’ facility on the eastern side of Exeter Science Park, close to junction 29 of the M5. The £2.2m facility will feature 300 parking spaces, six with electric vehicle chargepoints (separately funded), rentable cycle lockers with capacity for 20 bikes, and a docking station for six electric hire bikes (part of Exeter’s wider scheme operated by Co-bikes).
