Capita is selling its parking management business, ParkingEye, for £235m. This represents a major cash gain for the business outsourcing group, which bought ParkingEye for £58m in 2013. ParkingEye is being acquired by a vehicle owned by Macquarie and funds advised by MML Capital Partners for a cash consideration of £235m. The transaction is expected to close later this year.
