The legal website CaseHub has launched a class action against private parking operator ParkingEye. CaseHub says the action aims to seek compensation for to whose credit ratings have been “wrecked through hidden parking charges”.
Consumer rights campaigner Michael Green, who launched the website, claims that a successful action could open the door to claimants receiving compensation of £5,000 apiece.
