People are being put off using London’s buses by escalating traffic congestion, Transport for London has admitted.
Leon Daniels, TfL’s managing director of surface transport, said bus passenger numbers in period two of 2015/16 were 13.5 million or 7% lower than target. A year is split into 13 four-week periods.
