The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) has deployed a new camera car in Harlow to tackle dangerous, careless, inconsiderate and negligent parking. The branded vehicle, which is on a one-year trial, will focus on negligent parking in ‘no stopping’ restriction areas including pedestrian crossings and zig-zag markings around schools, with several schools across the area will be patrolled every day.
