 
			
			The Snowdonia National Park Authority is set to raise parking charges to help save £872,000 over the next two years. The park's chief executive Emyr Williams said there was a huge financial challenge with “very difficult and painful decisions” to be made.
Welsh government grants to the authority have been cut by 8.75% in 2014/15, with a further 4.31% cut expected in 2015/16.
