West Lothian Council has condemned Police Scotland’s decision to scrap police traffic wardens from the region. The council has been told by Police Scotland that the traffic warden service in the county would end on 3 February.
The council alongside community councils and voluntary groups voiced their opposition to the proposals during Police Scotland’s consultation on the proposals last year.
