Debt recovery agency JBW Group has named Alastair Gilchrist as the chair of its good governance advisory group. Gilchrist is Westminster City Council’s former director of resources. JBW has implemented good governance audits since 2009.
The new advisory group is tasked with ensuring the bailiff meets the requirements of The Good Governance Standard for Public Services and the Ethical Governance Toolkit.
