Buckinghamshire has outlined plans to promote greater ‘self-delivery’ of highways and transport services by residents.
Jim Stevens, Buckinghamshire’s head of highways and transport, said that thanks to the Transport for Buckinghamshire contract with Ringway Jacobs and Amey: “We are achieving considerably more for considerably less. But we are not going to rest on our laurels.”
