Municipal bus operator Reading Transport has announced the appointment of Greg Chambers as finance director. He took up his post in early April, although he has been working with the company on an interim basis over the past six months.
Chambers, who qualified as an accountant in 1993, was previously a consultant to Reading Borough Council on a number of projects, including heading the finance teams for both the Social Services and the Education & Children’s Services Directorates....
