Councillors have given the go-ahead to a new scheme to improve access to The Lanes car park in Brighton.
The work is the final stage in a package of improvements which have been carried out over the past year by Brighton & Hove City Council to deter anti-social behaviour and make the car park safer and more welcoming for people using it.
