A Bath car thief has been banned from entering every car park in the city – and from a carrying sat-nav without a receipt. Jason Self was given the bans as part of a two-year anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) after being found guilty of two thefts from cars in Bath. The Asbo applies to any car park where there is a charge payable and to any footpath or walkway through a car park. The bans last for two years.
