Bus operators in the North East of England are refusing to support Nexus’s suggestion that they should cross-subsidise services as part of the PTE’s plans for a re-designed bus network.
Nexus has appointed consultants Faber Maunsell and the TAS Partnership to re-design the conurbation’s bus network to meet accessibility targets (LTT 2 Oct 08).
