Metro looks at Quality Contracts to improve ‘poor performance’

IT HAS been revealed that West Yorkshire PTE Metro is drawing up plans for a series of Quality Contract networks that will eventually cover the entire conurbation. The move will put to the test the beefed up regulatory powers for bus services that are contained within the Local Transport Bill.
