Small independent bus operators crippled by costly legislation

Regretfully I have to agree with your views (Transit April 25) about the continuing demise of small independent bus operators in the UK which are suffering disproportionately under the flood of unhelpful and costly legislation which together with crippling fuel price rises threaten to engulf the industry.
