CPT brands plans for bus passenger rights law ‘inappropriate’
Controversial legislation being planned by the European Commission could see bus and coach passengers enjoying the same rights to compensation as those travelling by train and plane.
The plans have been met by strong opposition from the Confederation of Passenger Transport.
