Meet the experts at Parking & Property 2011
Parking Review has teamed up with leading legal firm Bircham Dyson Bell to create a seminar focussed on the planning, development, management and enforcement of off-street parking.
Parking & Property 2011 will take place on Tuesday 7 June at 50 Broadway, London SW1. It will cover public and private sector parking in town centres, at retail destinations and transport hubs.
There will be presentations by Nigel Williams (Parking Matters), John Pearson (Q-Park), Grahame Rose (CP Plus), Peter Guest (Peter Guest Parking) and Paul Plumbley (Land Securities).
Parkng in the rail sector will de discussed Liz Ratcliffe of Network Rail while Matthew Lugg of Leicestershire County Counci will look at park & ride schemes.
Bircham Dyson Bell partner Ian McCulloch will present the latest advice on the legal issues surrounding enforcement on private land, while senior associate Tom Henderson will bring delegates up-to-date on the concept of workplace parking levies and other development issues.
