London charging funding reduced

London mayor Boris Johnson has cut £13m from a scheme to install charging points for electric vehicles across the capital. Initially the mayor pledged to raise £20m towards the £60m scheme that would have seen up to 22,500 charging points across London, with 7,500 installed by 2013.
