Barking brownfield to be redeveloped

A brownfield site near Barking town centre in east London is to be redeveloped to provide 460 one, two, three and four bedroom houses.

The development, which occupies about a third of the site, will also include a business centre, community facilities and parking for 115 vehicles. Transport planner JMP designed the public highway and associated surface and foul drainage infrastructure for the first phase of the development for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
