Refurbishing a car park off Oxford?Street has boosted business from shoppers and contract clients

Bryanston Street is adjacent to the Oxford Street shopping hub in London W1, located close to major stores such as Selfridges and Marks &?Spencer’s Marble Arch outlet.

The car park was built in the 1930s and has 300 spaces on five levels, served by two passenger lifts. It has one entry lane and one exit lane, controlled by an APT Skidata pay-on-foot system.

The car park’s owners, Consolidated Property Trading (CPT), awarded the contract to APCOA Parking after detailed proposals...
