Deniz Huseyin: What impact will the TMA have on how on-street parking enforcement is carried out?

Barry Nelms: We are now only two or so months into the TMA and it is still difficult to judge how the Act has improved the public’s perception of their individual “parking experiences”. However, we can already say that, after the initial flurry of somewhat negative media coverage, the press is now being a little more balanced and picking up on the more positive aspects.
