Winchester City Council’s car parks have received their 18th Park Mark Safer Parking award.
The latest additions are the new 864-space South Winchester park & ride site and recently refurbished Tower Street car park.
Two years ago the council only held three Park Mark awards. The scheme is owned by ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) and administered by the British Parking Association (BPA).
