A new car parking facility at Narborough train station in Leicestershire was given safer parking status at its official opening last month.
The car park was built by Blaby District Council. Its facilities include cycle shelters, CCTV, recycling bins and solar powered pay & display machines. It was awarded with the Park Mark status having passed a risk assessment by police on security and design.
