NCP Services, St Albans City & District Council and Hertfordshire Constabulary have signed a co-operative agreement aimed at reducing crime and anti-social behaviour.
The St Albans agreement is the 21st Partnership Plus arrangement in the UK. It will see Hertfordshire Constabulary providing increased support to civil enforcement officers (CEOs), helping reduce the level of assaults and intimidation they suffer while at work.
