An investigation by consumer watchdog Which? has revealed the best and worst of NHS hospital parking in England. Seven-out-of-ten of the 1,000 people the magazine surveyed said that parking arrangements had made their visit to an NHS hospital more stressful.
Which? said: “Although finding a parking space was the biggest cause of complaint, many people also reported problems with disabled or priority spaces, while others worried about the cost of repeat hospital visits.”
