The £50m makeover of Manchester Airport’s Terminal One has been completed — based on the advice of psychologists. The experts helped identify and assess where travellers experience stress, by scrutinising their body language and monitoring their comments and conversations to help build up a picture of the emotions passengers experience when arriving at the airport up to when they step on board the plane.
