Renault to test wireless EV charging in London
Wireless technology developer Qualcomm and car maker Renault have agreed a memorandum of understanding to carry out a London-based trial of Qualcomm’s ‘Halo’ wireless electric vehicle charging technology later this year. The objectives of the trial are to evaluate the commercial viability of wireless EV charging and gain user feedback on the use of WEVC-enabled vehicles.
