DfT denies U-turn as ministers back tolls on A14 across Cambs
THE DfT this week rejected claims that it has made a U-turn on road tolling after ministers endorsed tolls as a way of part-funding improvements to 20 miles of the A14 trunk road across Cambridgeshire.
