Bike hire, smartcards and travel planning benefit from £250m LSTF

Bike hire schemes, smartcard ticketing, and personal travel planning projects across England are among the initiatives that will be funded from the £266m of Local Sustainable Transport Funding (LSTF) announced by transport minister Norman Baker.
