Scots bus funding review
The future structure of public funding for bus services in Scotland is to be reviewed by Transport Scotland’s new bus stakeholder group.
The group, which met for the first time last week, will also examine regulations covering bus service provision and registration with a view to bringing greater network stability, and consider what steps are needed to encourage more quality partnership-style schemes.
