Policy evaluation must improve – DfT
The DfT needs to strengthen the quality of its policy evaluations, an internal review has concluded. “While there are pockets of excellence in policy evaluation (e.g. Sustainable Travel Towns) we could do more to integrate evaluation into the policy cycle, and share lessons learnt more widely,” says the Department’s new capability action plan.
