Car toll on Humber bridge halved
Car tolls on the Humber Bridge will fall from £3 to £1.50 from 1 April, to reflect the Government’s decision to write down £150m of the bridge’s debt. The toll for heavy goods vehicles is being cut to £12 from £16.20 (three axles) and £20.30 (four or more axles). The motorcycle charge (£1.30) is being abolished.
