SYITA rejects bus QC plan for Sheffield
South Yorkshire Integrated Transport Authority has rejected a motion to make Sheffield a testbed for bus Quality Contracts.
SYITA member and Sheffield’s cabinet member for transport, Ian Auckland, tabled a motion to this month’s ITA meeting calling for the Sheffield and South Rotherham areas to be the first in the conurbation to test bus QC powers.
