Don’t block tram, Notts urged
Public sector employers and business leaders in Nottingham have written to the county council urging it not block delivery of phase two of the Nottingham tram. The Conservative administration elected last month opposes the extensions (LTT?19 Jun). Signatories to the letter include the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent University, Biocity, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, and the developer of the ng2 business park.
