Sustrans’ transport engineering manager appointed
Tony Russell has been appointed transport charity Sustrans’ transport engineering manager, a part-time post based in the organisation’s Bristol office. He joins from cycling campaign group CTC where he was professional services manager. Russell will continue to coordinate the Cycling England professional support team.
