Date set for free fares Judicial Review
A date has been set for the preliminary hearings of Judicial Reviews brought by bus operators and councils against the DfT’s concessionary fare reimbursement appeal determinations for 2007/08. The hearings will take place on 13 May. The DfT has, meanwhile, completed the determination of all 38 appeals brought by bus operators against 2008/09 reimbursement. The Department says that several Judicial Review applications have been lodged against these.
