Here’s what’s needed to get Londoners onto their bicycles

Now Boris Johnson has spoken, I would like to say ‘good for him’, especially when he says “I love my bike” (see page 5 – Ed). However, just to qualify matters he also points out that City Hall has not been taken over by militant cyclists; and it started so well!
