Edinburgh airport sold
Edinburgh?airport has been sold to Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), the owner of Gatwick and London City airports, for £807m. Edinburgh Airport was put on the market by its previous owner, BAA, last October, after the Competition Commission ruled that it had to sell its airport holdings at either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
