The new bailiff contract introduced by the London Borough of Hackney parking services is set to increase collections by 70% compared with the previous year. The new contract aims to promote fairness and transparency in debt collection charges for motorists. It is also designed to develop a stronger relationship between the council and its contractors, in a bid to increase debt recovery.
