The Bon Accord & St Nicholas Shopping Centre dominates retailing in Aberdeen’s city centre, attracting an annual footfall of 13 million people a year. The pair of centres are anchored by John Lewis and Marks & Spencer and provide 460,000 sq. ft. of retail accommodation for over 75 shop units that are let to retailers including Boots, New Look, Next, River Island, Top Shop/Top Man and Hobbs.?
