‘Cheaper parking on rainy days’

The Conservatives in Brighton and Hove are proposing to cut charges for on-street parking when the weather is bad. 

In its manifesto for the 7 May council elections, the party says: “We will examine flexible parking charges and the innovative use of technology, e.g. introduce significantly cheaper charges in winter, on rainy summer days, etc.”
