Tory MP calls for hospital concessions

Conservative MP Daniel Kawczynski has sent an open letter to Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne asking for hospital parking fees to be capped for frequent visitors. 

“The average cancer patient commonly spends 60 days a year in hospital receiving treatment, not including follow-up appointments and later hospital visits on the unfortunate event of a relapse,” Kawczynski told the chancellor.
