Ecotricity has sold its electric vehicle (EV) charging network Electric Highway to Gridserve.
Since the launch of Electric Highway ten years ago, charging has progressed from 3-pin plugs and 7kW charging to the current 350kW, which can provide 100 miles of charge in around five minutes, while typical car range has increased from 80 miles to over 300, said Ecotricity.
