TRANSPORT SCOTLAND’S procurement of two maintenance contracts for Scotland’s strategic roads are on hold following a legal challenge from Amey.
A spokeswoman for Transport Scotland said the procurement competition to select the provider to operate trunk roads in the north-west and south-west of Scotland had been suspended after Amey petitioned for a judicial review.
