Passenger Focus to present East Coast passenger priority findings

Passenger Focus has revealed that it has interviewed over 6,000 rail users to find out what their priorities are for the future of rail services on the East Coast Main Line.

The new research will be presented to the government in the coming days. The watchdogs has also talked to passengers about service quality issues to be addressed while government has responsibility for the franchise for the next two years.
