Transport committee quizzes rail industry
The House of Commons transport committee has announced an evidence session as part of its probe into passenger rail franchising.
The hearing, which will be held on Wednesday, will first hear from Merseytravel, PTEG, Transport for London, Network Rail and Ned Railways. Next will be representatives from The Railway?Consultancy, MVA, Halcrow Rail and Mott MacDonald.
