Insurance write-back helps Cardiff to £1.3m net profit, but margins remain low
CARDIFF City Transport Services, the local bus operator in which its council owners plan to sell a stake, recorded enhanced operating and pre-tax profits in the year to March 31 2007, according to its annual accounts.
