BASF and USL systems used in Runcorn
The multi-storey car park at the Halton Lea shopping centre, located near Runcorn in Cumbria. The car park opened in 1972 to serve what was then known as Runcorn Shopping Village, a medium-sized shopping centre. To ensure that as much of the car park as possible was kept open during maintenance work and to minimise disruption to users, no more than 40% of all parking bays were taken out of action at any one time.
