Housing plan for Scottish border town
Proposals for a £10m housing development in Berwickshire town of Coldstream have been submitted to Scottish Borders Council. Hudson Homes wants to build a total of 49 properties on 1.6 hectare site at Leet Haugh. The full planning application is also for a road link to the site and 86 parking spaces. The council’s planning committee will consider the bid over the coming months before submission to the full cabinet....
